Since our members don’t gather and work in the office, everyone usually works in different roles, but there are no tasks to be able to complete by themselves, so even if we are away from each other, the team has a sense of solidarity. Although members live not only in Japan but also overseas, there is no sense that their consciousness is so far away.

For example, comments like “I did this,” “Thank you!”, “How do I do this?” And “Let’s do it” are continuous, so I do not share the space, but I share the purpose. It feels like the members’ awareness is connected through chats and productions.

I think there may be a place where we don’t always be together, but because of the long time we share, only the important parts remain. Because if we can not share the same feeling, we will become a fragile team that is only connected by conditions. I think that TCD release may also stop. Since the team formed only by the conditions can only see the immediate conditions, such people do not come up with an interesting idea.

We can continue to be a good team because we can share the invisible feeling.

The same is true for the speed of work. They can work at the same speed as other members because they share the sense. There is only individual convenience and desire.

Of course it is natural that there is a desire, and I do not intend to deny it. A team that recognizes individual greed and shares a sense can do a much better job than working alone. On the other hand, a team that is connected only by individual desires and ego is not lively in one word.

So, design plus is also focusing on recruitment, but there is a reason why we do not intend to increase the number of members unnecessarily. Rather than recruiting because of the increase in work, we continue to hire to develop the team. What we need is not only the “workers” that many companies want, but also those who are “friends”.
